1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drivo Rent a Car self-service identity verification kiosk and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Identity Verification

As part of the vehicle rental process, Drivo uses a third-party identity verification service (Didit) to confirm your identity. When you use the kiosk, you will be asked to:

• Provide your mobile phone number
• Receive a one-time SMS message containing a verification link
• Complete an ID document scan and facial liveness check on your mobile device

The verification results are used solely to confirm your identity for the purpose of renting a vehicle.

3. SMS Messaging Consent

By entering your phone number at the kiosk, you consent to receive a single SMS message from Drivo containing your identity verification link. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact a Drivo team member.

• Message frequency: One (1) message per verification attempt
• Message purpose: Identity verification link delivery only
• No marketing: Your phone number will not be used for marketing or promotional messages

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid government-issued photo ID to use the Service and rent a vehicle from Drivo.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information during the verification process. Attempting to use fraudulent identification documents or impersonate another person is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drivo provides the self-service kiosk on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery, verification processing, or system availability. If the kiosk is unavailable, please see a Drivo team member for manual assistance.

7. Changes to Terms

Drivo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
